TC Black Diamond

I was given a Black Diamond recently. Needs a little fixed up but nothing major.
I did notice that when I tighten up the screws to attach barrel to stock that the front end of the barrel lifts up off the stock a bit. Is this normal? Free floating barrel?

I would say yes, the barrel is pretty much free floating. I just looked at a couple of mine and the barrels don’t appear to be touching the stock.
.45 or .50?

It's a 50 caliber.
I don't really need it, so I think I'll talk to the pastor of our church to give to a young person who hunts and wants to try black powder guns.

Give it to someone who will take care of it. A lot of parts. Them black diamonds are shooters! I think it`s the one piece stock and barrel seems to float. deermanok nice gesture!
