Great pics Randy!! Thanks for sharin them. Whose Golden Retriever and how did it t do on pheasants??

That's Kelsey, my youngest brothers dog. She actually does pretty good, goes birdy but subtlely, and hunts close. She's good with his (young) sons, and is a gentle family pet that hunts as a bonus.

Frisco (yawning) likely has the best nose-- he's my Dad's Brittany, but he could use more "control."

Rocky the pointer just turned 10, in his prime . . . and is the best pheasant dog I've ever had. He finds them.

I firmly believe that there is no finer every day hunt than going after pheasants with a good dog or two. My Dad was still going when He was 91.
I should be so lucky.
