Torch tip cleaning tool works well for cleaning the flame hole in Muzzleloaders. They are generally inexpensive and the tool has enough different sized wires to match whatever hole size your gun has.

I use a drill bit for the main hole in the breech plug and the torch tip cleaner for the flame hole. Warning, if you use a drill bit, take a dremmel or sand paper and dull the leading edges of the bit so not to gouge chamfer or otherwise damage your component.
