Traditions Info needed

Does anyone have any inside info or contacts at the Traditions Company. I have a replacement part that was ordered weeks ago. I received the confirmation E-Mail but have never received the part. Their Web Site appears to be current and active. I have E-Mailed but have gotten No Respone. I have tried calling during the day but the number is always busy.

Any help would be appreciated.

A few months ago I emailed em with a question,and it took em about a month to email me back.I think they are a bit slow on the ball.

But when ever I ordered something from em its always been prompt.
