Weighing BH209 equipment

Do I need anything special to weigh BH209 or can I just use my smokeless equipment? Currently I'm using an FX120i with auto trickler for my smokeless stuff. I do have an RCBS manual thrower and a manual trickler if for some reason I have to use those

Depending on the granulation it may or may not work through your powder measure. I know Lyman has/had two different measure models, one for smokeless and one that was compatible with BP.

A trickler on the other hand probably has a large enough tube that it doesn't care.

LEE Balance scale, RCBS or any of the digital will be fine

I use my RCBS balance scale. I just pour directly from the bottle with a spout, onto the scale to get it as close as possible. I then either use my trickler, or more often then not, I remove or add with a pinch between my thumb and finger and trickle that way to the desired weight. (wearing latex gloves).

Hornady has a small digital scale around $25, works great

He has a $600+ reloading scale.I don’t understand why he doesn’t just use it.
