I believe he said that the 2nd ram was about 50 Yds off to the side of the first one that he hit? And the 2nd one went down quicker than the first one? Was the bullet recovered from the 2nd one or was it a pass thru also? I know it was kinda dark at the end.

Blue-Dot-37.5

It got very, very dark-- especially for the rams.

Double pass through-- don't think a "triple" is in the budget.

I did my final shoot in at the range this morning. (My back yard) The 250grn SST will be my choice for this years Hog hunt. I expect it should do just fine.

Hey Chuck,

Is the Uni-cor that Matt is going to shoot the same thing a the Gold Dot?

Was everyone happy with the way there load performed? I could not believe the Damage the 250grn SST did on my pig. The entrance of my bullet just sprayed blood all over the pig. Zero steps was the result thanks to the guide. I got smoked out on this one.(777)  I couldnt see a thing.

I think next year the Barnes 225grn XPB is going to get the call. Or maybe even the 200grn SST. I guess i got a year to decide. The Encore was an excellant choice for this hunt. Light weight and compact was nice climbing the mountains and driving around in the Suburban.

A 496gr. NEW is what I'm stuck on. I'll bring an extra fer ya to try Tom.....
