White .451 1:20 twist English Sporting Rifle . I don’t know what compelled Doc to put Express sights on it but they need to go . Either a soule type sight or better yet a 6X Malcolm scope on it would be better .

Trigger is horrible. Feels like 10# pull

You got to admit that I’d one solid built rifle! A friend of Docs had one on a DWB hunt in Michigan one year. I almost drooled all over it until I found out it was chambered for a 50 caliber. :lol:

50 cal ? Who would want a .50 ? Chief maybe but a real DWB knows the .451 is the answer.
I plan on hunting with it this year with your 465 bullet
 
I've held a few of Doc's sporting rifles. Nice rifles for sure. One things for sure..it should really throw an accurate bullet. I agree that a nice "period" scope would sure look handsome. Not sure about a #10 trigger though. Gotta be a way to lighten that up a bit.
