XTP and Bonded Shockwave into wet phone books.

I shot a doe last night at about 30yds with a regular 250 SW and there was no pass through and not any evidence that it hit the opposite rib cage. There also was no blood trail, she only went about 70yds. I am having mixed results with these. This is with 110gr of T7 loose
 
Doohan, the pic of the failed bullet is a standard 300 grain Shockwave with a plastic tip. The tip is missing, one side of the jacket folded in on the hollow left by the plastic tip. The other side tried to peel back a bit.

I will in the future be shooting more of the standards into phone books.
The Bonded Shockwave from my initial post, it performed well in phone books every time shot from 20 to 100 yards.

To confirm what has been noted several times, my original post has a typo in it. It states 220 yards on the lower pic, that should read 20.
