Frustration w/ Gunsmith's

I may as well to my short rant about Gunsmith's in my area.1st one got cancer & could not finish. 2nd was a wannabe, 3rd out right lied to me when i brought my Under-Hammer to him. 4th wanted $250 cash up front, 5th told me when i delivered it to him on a Monday it would be ready by Friday that week. That was 3 weeks ago. He has been ducking my phone calls & messages everyday.

That's the ***** you've got to play these games with gunsmiths. I don't know what to offer you other than I hope you can find one that is honorable.

I was the same way a while back. I quit even trying anyone pretty much unknown. I mailed out to the guys that are known and usually booked with timelines. HUGE difference in confidence and communication. Maybe a bit more coin, but done right the first time. Some have even come here to showcase the work
