Big bullets with short sabot idea

So we get loose fitting pure lead bullets!
They tend to loosen as they go down the bore!
Why not put a short sabot at the base?
Some thing like this maxi with no base ring.
Soft bullet that stays in place when seated.
May not be legal in all states.
Base and body of the bullet would be .451-.452.

Some thing like a poly or wool wad. Your no base maxi certainly will need a seal at its small shanked base.
