120 Grains..............................................85.2 Grains

You will get varied answers. For what it's worth, I get 74 grains weight
from 110 grains volume Bh (well tapped)

I have been using Toby's weights you have listed. I have been shooting 85.2 gr in my Omega with great results. Since there is no "standard" for muzzleloading there is apt to be some variation between powder measures.

I asked the same question not to long ago. Someone on here emailed Western Powders about the question and they said to use .70 as your multiplier. Ex. 100 gr/volume x .70 = 70 gr./weight. I am using 77gr./weight or 110gr./volume with great results. Hope this helps.

I have used 3 different powder measures and got different weights with all of them. I made a conversion chart for 80 to 120 grains volume by averaging all 3, and rounding to the nearest 0.5 grains. My multiplier is .69, but for practicality the .70 multiplier is the easiest to remember.

gV = grains VOLUME
gW = grains WEIGHT

gV gW

80 = 55
85 = 58.5
90 = 62
95 = 65.5
100 = 69
105 = 72.5
110 = 76
115 = 79.5
120 = 83

Well, I've got 2.5 pounds of it that I would like to be able to sell to someone that likes it. :)

ps: that is 4 new containers
