Shot this 325 plus pound boar hog this morning distance was about 80 yards did not recover bullet also hog did not recover, Remington 700 Wilson barrel 57 grains of h-4198 250 grain 40 cal and a light blue Sabot,, very happy with bullet performance

we quartered that hog up right after the picture a lot of meat and absolutely no smell at all one of the cleanest big hogs I've ever cut up

Thank you,, I let a lot of deer walk every year, I already have this season, I'm not so generous to the big hogs though,,I've got a power line that I can stretch out about 300 yd I'm going to try to shoot something at least 200 yards away with that bullet and same load square in the shoulder and just see what happens of course I'm talking about a hog

I don't believe you'll have a problem @ 200 but ?maybe no pass through. I killed a Tenn.buck a few yrs. ago quartering away @ 180yds. and the bullet stopped in the big offside leg bone. That is a good hunting bullet.

I sit this morning with my Wilson barrel smokeless same gun I shot the hog with 230 yd Buck dropped at the shot excellent bullet performance same bullet 275 fury same load, exit wound pic

I need to correct something that was a 250 grain 40 cal in a light blue sabot in a 45 cal barrel

Solid deer. I hope my Fury 230 grain bonded 40 cal in a light blue sabot in a .45 barrel works as well.

This barrel will almost shoot a sabot load as accurate as a bore rider it will shoot 250s and 240s and 225s all around a half inch I mean 40 cal and a light blue,,, it will stack bore riders in a hole,,, it was very foggy and moist yesterday morning when it's like that I really like having that light blue sabot seal in my barrel
