Picked one up, degreased/ smoked it and got casting.
Minie balls can be tough to cast, but this mold throws a nice one.
.545 diameter! Hence the aaaargh.
Would like a .539 or .540 push sizer for my .540 bore. Lee makes custom dies for $50, but are there other options than press mounted?

Look into the Lee breech lock bullet sizing system. But you have to buy their breech lock press (like $45) then you buy one breech lock to screw in and the inserts of different sizes are cheap. I wish they would have come up with this before I bought a half dozen sizing dies.
