Optima/Accura forearm screw torque spec

Ok! I have extensive experience in screw torque for applications and torque specs in manufacturing processes.
Judging by the size of the screw I guessed 60 lbf*in.
Then looking at the torque tables for a 6mm screw grade 5 the recommended torque is 66 lbf*in +/- 9lbf*in

Thanks for explanation.

I normally use this one

But the Wheeler works pretty well and is surprisingly accurate considering how inexpensive it is. You dont always need to spend a lot on a tool to get the job done right, twice a year.
