savage scope mounting

I am considering getting a savage, does anyone know if there is a one piece tactical type rail that will fit this ML, I would like to mount an eotech or similar type site and a tactical rail seems to be what you need for this.

that is exactly what I would be looking for, it says its for a short action savage is that the same as a savage ML??

As I understand it the Savage ML is based on the short action.

I have shot a Savage for a couple years and I would recommend that you think twice about mounting a long, one piece base over the breech area. You are going to interfere with access to the bolt & breech plug and I think putting primers in and out, and cleaning the gun will be pain with that base. JMO
