Scope Mount/Base?

I am new here - so bear with my questions on getting a Encore Prohunter set up.

I am needing to get a scope on this baby, and the Nikon Omega comes recommended.

My question is what base or mount is best for the prohunter, I see some have low, medium, and high profiles.

What is the most common.

Go to this link below that shows some photos from an old post here. My Camo SS Pro Hunter photo is about 1/2 way down the page and it is setup with a SS Nikon Omega scope with Leupold QR base and rings. The rings shown here are the high ones. I prefer the hammer setup straight back, so the Medium rings were too low in my opinion. I also called TC and ordered their SS slave screws and removed the front sight to make it more streamlined.
