Your hunting load this year

My hunting load is 65 gn WEIGHT Blackhorn 209, Harvester CR sabots, Hornady .430 300 gn XTP lit by Remington STS primer in a Knight NFPJ conversion.

Shoots great, without much recoil:

TC Cheap Shots w/ supplied sabot (only because I might not have time to play w/ the conicals or RB prior to shooting time)

NEF Sidekick:

85 grains 777 2f with a 250 grain XTP in an MMP short black sabot.

One hole at 50 yards, and about 1.5 inches at 100. If I miss, it won't be the gun's fault!

Well, this load works! Took an 8 point buck at 25 yards, broadside. Bullet went through, left a hole about the size of your thumb on the back side. Deer ran about 60 yards(downhill of course). Great blood trail, I walked right to it. Both lungs pretty well jelly.

Button buck @ 10yds - jelly lungs, ran 40yds
