Weighing out Blackhorn 209 powder

Weight measurement cannot be different from lot to lot. What is different is particle size. If you weigh out 70grns of two different particle sizes then the larger size particles would show greater volume.

I always weigh my 209 blackhorn. I shoot 70 grains by weight and it’s always consistent in my 45 calibers all shoot under an inch at 100 yards

Same here. I wouldn't even consider not weighing it.
