Looking for a fixed 1X rifle scope for an in-line. I hope to obtain an ADA accomodation permit for 2023 CO elk season. I've had two retinal detachments and my visual acuity with the required open or peep sights drops off at about 30 yards. Anyone know where I might find one? Thanks and be well.

If you are able to get the permit for a scope, does it have to be 1X? Is that the rule for CO?

Is a 1x red dot allowed? 1x scopes are hard to come by And I think there is only one current manufacturer and they are the $70 variety and backordered 6 months to a year.

Just looked up the Colorado Parks and Wildlife ADA guidelines. No mention of 1X max for muzzleloaders?

Pete had a "doctors note" and was allowed to use a normal rifle scope in Colorado. No 1x stipulation.
