Still trying to find my preferred propellant. Shot some pyrodex pellets my buddy gave me and I now realize why he gave them to me! They were messy and tough to clean up. It seems from my reading that loose powder substitutes are easy to clean and give better accuracy. 777 ffg is much cheaper and easier to obtain than BH209 here in San Diego. It is also highly rated on Midway. I have a CVA Accura V2. Shot sst's with 100grains of the pyrodex pellets, 777 primers and was able to get 4 inch groups at 50 yards with iron sights. Remember it was my first time! On a side note I called CVA today and asked if the amount of blowback I got was normal. He said no and advised me they use 777 pellets and 777 primers despite the whitehots being advertised. I have a box of blue box w209 primers on the way as people suggest they help blowback and have read about the o ring solution. I know this covers a couple things but, thoughts and suggestions greatly appreciated.
