Hi All

I have a 1988 .54cal Cabelas Hawken made by investarms. I purchased a Williams-Hawken peep sight hoping to install. While i will need to drill and tap for one hole, I noticed that the Williams base is straight while the rear rifle tang has curvature. Is this the correct sight for the rifle or is this normal?

Thanks

I don't know for sure but if it were me I would build a shim.
