CVA Accura V2 breaks open on firing

Anyone know why? I'm shooting 120 grains (by volume) of Blackhorn 209 with a 250 grain TC sabot and CCI magnum 209 primer. It happened a couple times and it gets your attention!!!

I was shooting my Accura V2 today. I use 84gr W Bh 209 in mine as well. I've noticed in the 3yrs I've had it that if the head spacing isn't right the gun will not let the hammer lock back properly or the breech lock will not engage. That will cause what you are experiencing with yours. Its kind of a line adjusting all that just right.
