Cva kodiak 45

I have one that I picked up from a forum member that was cut down and I enjoy shooting it, I found some at a small shop for sale in the $220-$240 price range, one looked unfired the other one in good condition, what's everyone feed back on them, the only one I know of is the one I have I know there out there but no one talks of them, any help on the prices if that's a good buy or pass on them, thanks
