When i bought my encore i was having a problems with it not locking down all the way and i had play between the receiver and barrel ( just a little ) when closed slowly, but none when i closed it hard . :shock: I though it had gone away but noticed a few days ago that it was doing it again . :evil: I had a locking bolt over sized spring kit from Bellm that i had bought before , but thought i did not need . I decided to go ahead and install this spring and now my encore locks very very solid , every time , even when closing it slowly . NO play at all !! 
I can also tell by looking at the locking bolt that it definitely going in further than it was . Just though i would pass this on .
