Looking for a good quality small flashlight for getting in or out of the woods when dark. Have tried a few cheapies over the years and always been let down.

i haven't had a huge variety and i refuse to pay top dollar for a premium flashlight . but the coast flashlights have given me zero complaints . they run great deals on their websites that vary so IMO it's worth checking from time to time IMO .

I have been using these for years and they work great. I use the green going in and coming out and it really hasn't spooked deer. Can use white for blood trailing or detailed work, espeially when working on my truck. Hands free.

I thought about the green light but don't know if I'll be able to see well enough. A few years back my cousin fell in a hole in the ground and got a bad sprain. I'm sure at my age that would be no fun.

I am an admitted flashlight junkie. I’ve had everything from surefires to streamlights but my favorite is this one by far!

I really like my headlamps tho and this one has been really great. (Price has double since I got it in 2015) but it still works great and I use it for chores and hunting.

Thanks for the tip on the flashlight. That's exactly what I ordered on Amazon. Small with carry pouch so can wear on my belt.

Great ! You will like it. Having all the different brightness settings that easily accessible is a great feature that comes in handy.

That's a nice feature. I don't want a really bright light. Just enough to see things on the ground and what's directly in front of me.

I have a couple coast g32 flashlights that have performed great

Im a big StreamLight fan. Ive had so many Coast, MagLight, Nebo and other brands over the years. But my all time fave is the StreamLight Stylus USB rechargeable

Has taken a beating for several years and is water proof. Not cheap but worth every penny imho.

I've had the Browning Night Seeker Pro clip-on light for 2 yrs now. I like the light a lot. There are 2 green lights & 1 bright white light in it. You can use 1 or both green lights at the same time, just 1 of them is enough for me to easily see where I'm going in pitch dark as well as hit my reflective pins in the trees marking my trail to where I hang my stand.

Have you thought about one of the headlight rigs that you wear over your head or hat? We use them for work and they are great for hands free use. The light is focused in the direction you are looking. A really good one costs about $40
