Our Aussie friend pointed out that many of our most advertised American beers are not very satisfying for the taste buds.
While my over all consumption has plummeted (I am both in training and recovering from surgery), I do enjoy a hoppy froth from time to time.
So, name your top three American commercial brews. Tell use why they are good. Tell us where they are made.
Then give us your top three non- US commercial brews. Tell use why they are good. Tell us where they are made.
We may make fun of your selections- especially if you pick Budweiser.   (I do like their horse commercials)
To help you avoid embarrassment, you may not name any of the following:
Coors
South Paw
Miller
Pabst
Schlitz
Yuengling
Rolling Rock
Busch
If you name any of these as 'best?' You are clearly not qualified to participate.
Have at it.
PS> If you brew your own, you get coolness points.
