Was at the LGS yesterday and came upon a NIB 50 cal. TC Hawken. Bought new on Christmas eve, 1978 and never assembled/shoot. It had to come home with me. Nice wood on the stock. Don't know if I should shoot it or look at it.
 
That's a great deal. I've seen them all beat up go for that price. Usually, the brand new ones are over $500.
 
There's one on another forum that's been for sale for about 2-3 months @ $375 ... no replies yet. That's a good clue that it's overpriced.
 
Could be over priced or,    shot down, rusted , what ever. It's interesting how people look at an "antique" now days. I just stole  a complete stock  , every thing but the barrel, beautiful. You just have to keep looking. These guys Tick me off . Hungry b      s, they part beautiful stuff out to make another buck. Typical of the world now.
