And another question: Has any omega owner here ever had to replace the firing pin? I actually did have the firing pin on my former Encore break at the tip and it was replaced by TC. I wonder if they are the same firing pins?

Never had to replace one but I do keep a spare on hand.

Yes, they’re similar in design but different.
