I know a guy on another site that knurls his bullets by rolling them between 2 files. Put one file on the bench, lay a bullet one it and put the other file on top of it and just roll the bullet using the top file to move it along. Adjusting the pressure will give you the size you need or after knurling you can run them thru a sizer for uniformity.

That's how I do mine for my 45 cal Paramount. I have 2 new bastard files that I roll a bullet between to size them up to fit.
