I read a lot of recommendations towards Bellm for TC parts and upgrades, however I cannot get to his website. Everything comes up as error code, and has for months. Is this one of those things one must stand under a full moon, next to a stump filled with water and 3 mushrooms growing while chanting backwards? Or is he shut down?

Probably why you're blocked. Hard to get gun parts into Canada unless you have an importer and the US seller is willing to mess with it.
