Kudos on customer service

    I pulled off an eyepiece from my Vortex 8X Diamondback binos this fall. Emailed Vortex and explained the problem and asked what next. Got a new set of eyecups three days later, no charge. No receipts, no questions asked. That's the way it's supposed to work!!!
