I’m fairly new to inline muzzleloaders and am having a hard time getting my new Strikefire LDR to zero at 100 with a Western Williams Precision Sight.
Issue - Shooting 10” at 100 and have no room for elevation adjustment.
Grouping at 100 is fairly tight. Think a soda can
Shooting BH209 with 250gr Thor Hammer bullet
Attempted Solutions
-I have replaced the stock rear slider with a lower slider as recommended by Williams.
-I have experimented with different volumes of BH209 (95-110).. This makes a difference but only 2-3” per 5 grain by volume. I am hesitant to continue to lower powder by volume for an elk setup.
-I have shot 250 grain Thors and 300 grain Thors. This makes little difference.
Any thoughts on how to further bring this down?
