Powder Tubes and Loading Stand

What size tube to hold 35 grains - is a wooden loading stand worth having - just got a Ruger old army in 45 cal. - plan on using 3f triple seven and pyrodex P - have cast round balls and ordered lee 220 bullet mold

I don't have any in stock right now, but for a pistol or 70gr volume or less, 5ml is perfect.
