I have one I'll use my Sharps black powder cartridge rifle , 45-70 can be loaded same wayYea BUT-----
Who would invest all that into a product and have it not pass inspection for legality ???
Somebody knows somethin we dont .
If not then theres gotta be a plan B .
no tap dance it makes it a cartridge rifle,Thanks Encore . Isnt that a tap dance around legality !!! Lmao !!!! "Its a mz" !!! Yea ok.....
How can it leak. The powder charge is encapsulated in that so called firestick. No more likely to leak than a .410 shell. There’s a video on Facebook (deer & deer hunting) that shows everything. Looks like it’s going to be a leaker for sure.
https://www.federalpremium.com/muzzleloading/firestick/Enter Federal’s groundbreaking, new FireStick propellant capsule powered by Hodgdon’s new Triple 8 granular powder
Physical features of the FireStick consist of a polymer capsule precisely filled with an exact charge of all-new, ultra-clean black powder substitute Hodgdon Triple 8 granular powder.
Maybe the patent is under Federal? And BTW i did a quick patent search and did not see anything new from Hodgdon. So either it has not been posted yet or they are using someone else's powder and rebranding.
Daaaang, that is crazy. Should we work out some way to get it to you the way some cigs get over there? That would be good news, its $70/10oz jug over here
If Colorado doesn't allow sabots, pellets, or scopes, I'm pretty sure that this system won't fly here either. And seriously, a 1:28 twist?? Looks like a pig in a poke to me!!I have a feeling that if they’ve gone to the trouble of designing and building this that they’ve got it in writing that it will be legal in some states.
